    Pullman Wet & Dry Janitor Vacuum Cleaner

    The Pullman CB15-SS is a tough commercial 15L capacity wet and dry vacuum cleaner. It uses a seam-welded heavy-duty stainless-steel tank designed to withstand corrosion from commercial cleaning chemicals.

    The tank fits into a 400mm “square” impact-grade plastic trolley base, with 4 x 50mm castor wheels. This provides both excellent manoeuvrability and stability, which prevents the vacuum from tipping over when moved.

    The vacuum cleaner can be used as either a dry vacuum when the heavy-duty needle-felt filter bag is fitted or as a wet vacuum cleaner when the filter bag is removed.

    To prevent liquid “overfilling” the vacuum cleaner is fitted with a central internal float which will seal off the inlet to the vacuum motor when the liquid reaches a predetermined level. The vacuum cleaner should be emptied when filled, and ensure it is first disconnected from the mains power supply.

    For wet vacuuming on hard floors use the 34cm wide floor tool with squeegee blades, and for dry vacuuming use the 26cm combination floor tool. With the bristles extended on the combination floor tool, you can vacuum hard floors, including small grout lines on tiled floors, and with the bristles retracted, you can vacuum the carpet.

    The 1000W twin-stage peripheral by-pass vacuum motor always provides good vacuuming performance on all surfaces. The by-pass motor fan configuration allows motor cooling in the event of hose blockages.

    The strong 2.4m long 36mm vacuum hose allows the vacuum cleaner to be pulled point to point and is sufficiently long to prevent the vacuum from clipping your heels when pulled. The tank fitting uses a button-release swivel hose connection to prevent hose strain, and also firmly connects the hose to the tank. The handpiece is provided with variable suction control allowing the operator to regulate nozzle suction when vacuuming light materials such as lightweight mats, and curtain drapes.

    The Pullman Wet & Dry vacuum cleaner is supplied with a 7m cord, the shorter cord prevents entanglement with the operators’ feet when in use. The CB15-SS is IPX4 splash-proof rated. The Rocker ON / OFF switch is protected from water splash with a “rubber” membrane cover.

    The cord is restrained using a cord restraint, and for storage, the cord can be looped onto a post that is a part of the carrying handle.

    The vacuum cleaner is supplied with 2-piece 36mm vacuuming rods, a hard floor tool with a squeegee, a crevice tool, a dusting brush, and a combination floor tool.

    Applications for the Pullman CB15-SS is not limited to commercial applications, commercial cleaners, tradesman, garage and workshop, and shop owners.

    Warranty

    WARRANTY

    Vacuum cleaners manufactured by Rugged Industries Pty Ltd are to the highest quality standards. We encourage you to care for your product and follow the instructions in this manual, and in turn you will benefit with a product that provides performance and long life.
    The following statement is a requirement under Australian Consumer Law and applies to consumer sale of goods and services. In this statement “Our” means Rugged Industries and “you” means original purchaser.
    “Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure”
    In addition to guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, Rugged Industries warrants the Advantage vacuum cleaner and model variants against faulty material and/or workmanship for a period of one year, from the date of purchase by the consumer, when operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions in this Manual.
    The following explains conditions and what to do in the event of a claim:
    Rugged Industries or authorized Service Agent or person will replace parts determined as faulty, but this does not apply to normal consumable, wear, and rotating parts that require replacement under normal use, including but not limited to rubber parts, filters, hoses, power cords, floor tools, dusting brush, crevice tools, upholstery tool, tool caddy, turbine brush etc.
    Warranty does not cover any machine or component that has been altered, abused, neglected, modified or used with non-genuine Rugged Industry components.
    Warranty does not cover damage by transportation, freight, delivery, product return, accident, misapplication, improper service or maintenance, blockages, vacuuming water or bulk powder, moist carpet, use or other instructions not in accordance with the instructions in this Manual.
    All repairs and servicing during the warranty period must be carried out by Rugged Industries Pty Ltd or authorised Rugged Industries Service Agent or person. Rugged Industries Pty Ltd or authorised Service Agent may request you to complete a Warranty Claim / Stock Return Form or other similar form before returning any goods. All reasonable expenses associated with any transportation in returning goods for a warranty claim are the consumer’s responsibility, and in all instances the product is transported at the owner’s risk.
    Rugged Industries will not be responsible for cost of repairs or damages caused by unauthorised persons.
    Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and proof of purchase must be supplied with the claim.

    REFUNDS

    Please choose your purchase carefully as a refund may not be provided if you simply change your mind. Repairs, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted or provided unless the goods are faulty.
    Products purchased cannot be returned without prior written confirmation from Rugged Industries Pty Ltd
    We endeavour to process all refunds with 7 business days of approval.

    CHANGE OF MIND

    If you simply change your mind, and the product(s) are unopened and still in their original packaging, you may return them to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase at your own cost less a 10% restocking fee. You must call Rugged Industries Pty Ltd prior to returning orders for instructions on how to do this.

    RETURNS

    If
    • A product is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own and you can provide evidence of the damage / fault;
    • Incorrect goods were supplied.
    Rugged Industries Pty Ltd will, upon return of the product, offer you a refund, repair or exchange in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 within a reasonable time if you are able to provide a receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase

    CUSTOMER REQUESTED RETURNS

    Please consider carefully your request for product return for performance loss. Service fees and freight charges will apply if in the sole assessment of our service department, product performance loss is contributable to inadequate maintenance, lack of filter replacement, product negligence, misuse, or inappropriate application.
    If in the assessment of our service department part failure is not contributable to inadequate maintenance, lack of filter replacement, product negligence, misuse, or inappropriate application, and the vacuum cleaner is returned cleaned, parts, labour and return freight will be provided free of charge. Cleaning fees apply for vacuums returned in a dirty condition.
